CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE SANTA EXPERIENCE:
Cancellation more that 48-hours in advance - A full refund will be given.
Cancellation less than 48-hours in advance - A 50% refund will be given.
No show or cancellation less than 6 hours in advance - No refund will be given.
A $25 rescheduling fee will apply to all rescheduling less than 48-hours before your existing appointment. If you do not show up for an appointment and wish to reschedule after the fact, you must pay in full again to reschedule your appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
